I have a question regarding the vehicle attributes and the information on the features of the roads, specially tunnels and bridges. I've tried to use the sample code on "Using truck attributes" of the "Routing Tutorial", but it does not seem to make any difference.
I've set up a truck with large dimensions and I've requested a route from (51.41223,-0.21892) to (51.41353,-0.22027) and the result is the same as without any truck features. I know it's not possible for a big truck to take this route, since there is low tunnel at 51.41272, -0.21939 in Lower Downs Road.
I've had similar behaviours trying to get routes "through" Rotherhithe tunnel and Blackwall tunnel (in London, UK), without seeing any change of routes due to the truck dimensions.
Am I doing something wrong, or it may be that the map data doesn't contain this information. Is there any way to know what information is stored for each street?
Thank you in advance. -

Hi Dídac,
To route with truck attributes, you need special truck attriubte data. The original UK data does not have information about route constraints. I have tested the route you mentioned, with truck attriubte data it successfully avoids the tunnel.
If you would like to require UK truck attriubte data for evaluation, please discuss with your account manager or contact gbsales@telogis.com.
Kind regards,

Thank you very much Sharon,
Just one more question regarding this issue. When computing the distance and time matrices (RouteMatrix), does it also take into account the vehicle features?
