I've just downloaded the latest (Q1 2011) UK map, and there appears to be far less POIs that previously. One of the types I use the most is PetrolStation, and whereas the previous data set (2009) had several thousand, there are now none.
Have these been reclassified? -

Hi Jamie,
Are you using Navteq or TeleAtlas data? Could you please give us the full name of your data file?
Thanks,
Sharon

It's TeleAtlas. The dataset that appears to be missing those POIs is called;
UK - 2011 Q1 - GBv3.0
Tele Atlas UK 2011 Q1 -

Hi Jamie,
POIs are much thinner in most TeleAtlas countries because TeleAtlas recently moved many of the POIs out of the standard MultiNet data and into their POI product.
If this is an important issue for you, please send a request to gbsupport@telogis.com and copy your account manager. A support case will be generated automatically, and we will discuss with the data team to see if we can find a workaround for you.
Kind Regards,
Sharon
