What does the "GeoBase data access expires …" refer to?
The message refers to your access to the data files on the GeoBase website, http://geozone.geobase.info/downloads
After the time specified, you won't be able to download these files. However, if you have already downloaded them, there is no cause for concern - you are free to use them with GeoBase for as long as your GeoBase license is current.
If you need access restored, talk to your sales contact or GeoBase support.
